Adminimize is a great tool that makes the Wordpress navigation easy to use and manage by eliminating all the clutter on the backend. This makes it very easy for editors, clients, and general users to access the items they need quickly. Adminimize also hides the "Howdy" user navigation at the top of the admin bar by default which leaves no possible way for you or anyone to logout of Wordpress, bummer!
So to easily fix this, just go to Settings -> Adminimize, then navigate to the Backend Options area, next under "User-Info" select "User & Logout". That's it!
Now the glorious "Howdy" area shows in the top right and if you select it you see the option to "log-out" with ease. So enjoy!
