I don't make nothing, really. At first users can see all the posts (just see), but as soon they publish something or edit a draft, the others posts dissapears, and they just can see the own ones.

No, not with the plugin. This is the area form the menu, a div with full height. But maybe you can change the css with a custom plugin to only the hide from the menu.
