Write options – Post / Title -> Editor

I’m trying to untick the Administrator, Editor, Author,
Contributor, Subscriber checkboxes in ‘Write options – Post’ -> Title, but they won’t save, they all keep coming back as ticked. It’s only this row I’m having a problem with. I’ve increased max_vars to 3000 as suggested in another thread but to no avail. Is there a way of forcing the setting in the database or something? Another issue which may or may not be related is that clicking the ‘Export’ button just points to a blank page. I’m running WP Multisite 4.6. Thanks for your help.

WP-Rocket not visible in Admin Bar

Hi there, love your plugin. One problem, I would like editors to see the “Purge URL” option in the Admin Bar (front end). Here are the settings I have: http://puu.sh/r0V1N/bfb64bd8d9.png
However, it just won’t show up. Everything else working fine. Help?

Adminimize resetting user data

Hello I have been using Adminimize extension for a while. Whenever I copy/move the site I work on, it resets my user data and everything
goes back to default settings. How can I prevent this_

Adminimize hides Revolution SLider from the admin area for all users below Admin

Hello,

Adminimize hides Revolution SLider from the admin area for all users below Admin level. I have it set to show for editors but it doesn’t show?

I saw another thread that said resolved but it wasn’t resolved as far as I could see?

Disable/Hide/Remove “Clone” Row Action

Great plugin — thank you so much to the developers for providing this ultimately useful tool!

Is it possible to disable/hide/remove the “clone” option seen in the row actions when viewing the list of posts (/wp-admin/edit.php)?

Ideally, we want authors to be able to ONLY “clone to draft”, preventing duplicated posts from being automatically published.

We’ve attempted to hide this option using the Adminimize plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/adminimize/) but have been unsuccessful thus far in our attempts.

Certain Items Still Not Showing

I am running Adminimize (1.10.6) with WooCommerce on a multisite and I have unchecked the following under the roles of Shop Manager for one of the subsites:
Appearance Group(themes.php)
— Themes (Slug: themes.php)[__5]
— Customize (Slug: customize.php?return=…)[__6]
— Widgets (Slug: widgets.php)[__7]
— Menus (Slug: nav-menus.php)[__10]
— Header (Slug: customize.php?return=…)[__15]
— Background (Slug: customize.php?return=…)[__20]
— Custom CSS (Slug: simple-custom-css.php)[__21]
— Oceanic Premium (Slug: premium_upgrade)[__22]
— Header (Slug: custom-header)[__23]
— Background (Slug: custom-background)[__24]

The problem is that the Shop Managers for that subsite still dont have these items available to them on their Dashboard. Is there a way around this?

adminimize disable other plugins meta boxes by css id

great plugin, extremely helpful!

one thing i don’t get:i managed to disable some post editor meta boxes by css id, e.g. #wpmem-block-meta-id. other meta boxes like all in one seo, raw html, or related posts cant be hidden this way. anybody a solution for this?

Custom Options Disappearing Even Though They’re Working

I have a rather strange problem and I’ve read and read through these support forum posts to try to find if anyone else has had the problem but it’s not quite the same as anyone else.

All of my custom options I put in myself have disappeared from the Adminimize settings so that I cannot check or uncheck them. However, they all seem to still be working on the site. I cannot remove them or change them, but they are still somehow working.

I noticed this because I actually need to change the appearance of one of them but I cannot because it’s not showing up in the user interface.

I thought maybe it was a max_input_vars problem, but I tried that and increased it all the way up to 9000 and they still won’t show up again. Anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?

How to hide welcome-panel

Hi everybody,

I created a new role and it works almost fine. I only didn`t find out how to hide the welcome-panel oder disallow the button “Customize” (custom.php).

Tried already with classes, ids etc.. But it`s still accessable.

Does anybody has a hint for me, please?

iHide Duplicate Page for authors ignored

Using the Adminimize plugin for Authors, I am trying to restrict Duplicate Page from showing up for Admin Bar Front end Options. It is ignored and still displays.

If I in turn try to create my own option under Global options to hide #wp-admin-bar-duplicate_this, it also is ignored.

My other options are not ignored, just this one. I have no idea why.

Any advise would be appreciated.

awesome plugin but it seems that it has an incompatibility with the wp all import plugin. when adminimize is active the wp all import can’t import any file.

Conflict with Adminimize

Hi,i’d like to use your plugin with Adminimize but i think i found a bug. https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/adminimize/
After installing your plugin the settings I used on adminimize for the dashboard are reset and i see everything i would like to be hidden along with the template. This happens for every type of user, even without selecting it in the panel.

Adminimize – removing two menu selections not showing up

I am using adminimize to prevent access to Settings for Ultimate Addon to Beaver Builder for editor and shopkeeper roles. Seems simple enough, although making the change and then updating does not reflect the changes. In fact, now that I have unchecked them, they are even gone from the Adminimize menu as an option. Not clear on what is happening here.

Not able to save “Custom Options”

I’m trying to hide Media Buttons in Posts Page and I’m adding custom ID as per given in documentation in “Write Option – Posts”. There are two media buttons which are to be hidden but I’m only able to save only one custom option in “Write Option – Posts” Settings. I cant save more than 1 Custom Option in plugin settings. I want to add more of the Custom Options to hide different options from other users. Please help me out to save more custom options. Whenever I try to save new custom option the old custom is deleted and new custom option appears in that place. How can we save Custom Options as many we want? Thank You.

WP Mobile dashboard not working

Hi! I’m having problems with the WP dashboard working via mobile phone. I have a site that has multiple users and I’ve used the Adminimize-plugin to rule out some features from some users. They are basically able to edit their comments and posts, which they are able to do via computer. But on the mobile dashboard it just says their name and welcome, other than that it’s empty. So they can’t edit anything on the mobile version even though they should have access to their posts and comments.

For administrators the mobile dashboard works just fine and normally, so I’ve come to the conclusion that it might be Adminimize that’s causing the issue. I tried googling a solution, but didn’t really find anything. Can anyone here help?

Problems after WP update

Hi there!

I love your plugin, I use it because it’s really helpful, great job!
But after update WP I have some problems with it: some options of the admin menu were hidden for users and now they can see them. I have reviewed the plugin setup and these options are hidden for regular users.. but it doesn’t work because they can access to them (and see them in the admin menu).

When do you plan the release of the fixed plugin version through the wordpress plugin directory?

Hello! I would like to show to the Editors Role the “Plugins Section”, is it possible?

From Adminimize the Plugin Group is de-selected so normally it should appear!
